Originally opened in 1971,
the home in west Hickory became a Lutheran nursing home in 2001 and now offers
short-term rehabilitation and respite in addition to long-term care.

specialized care for stroke recovery, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis,
wound management, continence management and peripheral neuropathy.
Speech, physical, and occupational therapy are offered on-site seven
days a week. Therapists work closely with your physician to improve your
strength, balance and coordination, help with issues related to memory,
