The Land
of the Sky Located near Asheville, Crescent View is a rental
retirement community nestled between the Blue Ridge and Great Smokey Mountains
in an area locals call, "the land of the sky." Warm summer days and cool
nights, combined with mild winters make Crescent View an inviting retirement
destination. Surrounded by several wooded acres, residents enjoy private
walking trails and beautiful scenic views. The famous Biltmore House, historic
Grove Park Inn, Lake Lure, and Chimney Rock are just a short drive away.
With its art deco and gothic architecture, antique stores, art
galleries, and boutiques, downtown Asheville is a popular day trip. Fine
restaurants abound as do coffee houses, and outdoor cafes. Area golf courses
are plentiful, as are a wealth of natural attractions including Dupont Forest,
Gorges State Park, Looking Glass Falls and Linville Falls.
Established
by LSA in 1991, Crescent View is the only faith-based, not-for-profit rental
retirement community in Western North Carolina. To learn more or arrange a
tour, call or contact Mary Craig, director of marketing. |
